Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant

We have an exciting new position that has come about due to company expansion. We are looking for a motivated Graduate to work as a trainee recruitment consultant. The role is to work within our dynamic and outgoing team. The role is home based and 20% onsite, attending face to face meetings, networking events and careers events. As well as meeting up with the team with online meetings.

We are looking for someone who has an understanding of the Education sector and also SEND. You will be passionate and motivated to find the right people to work in the Education Sector.

The role

• To attract people to work in the education sector using multiple candidate attraction methods such as online advertising, social media, networking events and careers events.
• CV selection
• Conduct Interviews for prospective candidates.
• Manage the relationships with schools
• Using the company CRM accurately capture data and log work activity.
• Communicate regularly with the team and attend team meetings.
• Attend networking events.

• Passion for the Education Sector
• Some experience in schools is a bonus but not a must.
