Jane Moran – Consultant

Jane has always had a passion for teaching and has dedicated her career to supporting young people with SEND, often outside traditional school settings. After returning from Singapore to the UK, she continued her journey in the SEND sector – combining her love of education with a commitment to helping young people thrive.

What inspires her most are the small milestones – the moments that may seem ordinary to others but are life-changing for a learner with SEND. Being part of those achievements keeps her work incredibly rewarding.

Jane joined Sense Education for their dedication to matching the right people with the right roles and making a real difference in each pupils’ journey. As a SEND Specialist, she finds joy in creating perfect matches between pupils and teachers, ensuring each child receives the care and support they need.

She holds a qualification from the International Dance Teacher Association (A.I.D.T.A). Outside of work, she enjoys walking her dogs, spending time with family, exploring new countries and cultures, and baking. Seeing her children achieve their goals brings her energy, joy, and motivation.
